The inspiration for miiGenie was born from this reality. With his parents living alone in Vietnam, our founder Philip experienced the anxiety of managing home emergencies from afar. This wasn't a business problem to be solved; it was a family problem that needed a better solution for our communities.
This deeply personal problem was a universal story, and it quickly became a shared mission for our entire founding team. The experience revealed a simple truth that this was never just about fixing a tap or remembering an appointment. It was about preserving independence, confidence and the joy of connection.

We bring together expertise in engineering, human-centered design, home-care and healthcare with a simple purpose:
